Shipping Coverage
We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines through trusted courier partners.
For bulk corporate orders and event souvenirs, we may arrange scheduled or dedicated deliveries depending on order size, timeline, and location.
Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.
- Standard gift sets (premade or custom): 3–5 business days processing time
- Bulk corporate and souvenir orders: Processing time varies depending on quantity and customization requirements
Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch:
- Metro Manila: Approximately 1–3 business days
- Provincial addresses: Approximately 3–7 business days
For large-volume corporate or souvenir orders, delivery timelines will be confirmed during order approval.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Courier capacity
- Weather conditions
- Peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day, graduation season)
- Circumstances beyond our control
We strongly recommend placing orders early for time-sensitive occasions.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and size
- Delivery location
The final shipping cost will be displayed before completing your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet a specified minimum purchase amount.
Tracking & Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number to monitor delivery status
You may also log in to your account on our website to view your order and tracking details.
Delivery Address Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete before placing your order.
Printerest Boxed is not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information
- Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients
If a package is returned due to address-related issues, redelivery fees will be shouldered by the customer.
Important Notes for Corporate & Event Orders
For bulk and event orders:
- Production begins only after final approval of order details.
- Delivery schedules are coordinated based on agreed timelines.
- Any rush requests may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
For large quantities, we highly recommend confirming your event date and placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance.
