At Printerest Boxed, every box is carefully prepared and often customized specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and made to order, our return policy is structured to protect both our clients and our production process.
Order Concerns & Damages
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@printerest.shop and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will review your concern promptly and, if validated, provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
Returns
Due to the customized and perishable nature of many of our gift sets and event items:
- We do not accept returns for customized, personalized, bulk, or made-to-order items.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If a return is exceptionally approved (for non-custom, non-personalized items only), the item must:
- Be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Be unused and in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase

Return shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer unless the error was on our end.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
For bulk orders, corporate gifting, and event souvenirs:
- All specifications are confirmed prior to production.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
- Minor variations in packaging, print color, or materials may occur due to sourcing availability but will remain within our quality standards.
We strongly encourage clients to carefully review all proofs, spelling, and order details before final approval.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
